Our Application Engineers work round the clock for putting technical components of our products together for our clients to meet their standard or unique operational needs perfectly.

After Sale Services

Building on the partnership commitment of VPL with our customers, we are proud of the extensive aftersales services portfolio offered to our clients to keep their vehicles and machines up and running efficaciously. All products come with the technical and warranty support offered by our partners/ collaborations.

Repair & Maintenance

Our repair and maintenance services include scheduled maintenance of products and the option of various service contracts (charged per km) to suit the specific needs of the customers.

The repair and maintenance is carried out with genuine product specific tools and parts to ensure the longevity of the product’s efficient life span.

Most repairs are carried out at the work site although major repairs may require that equipment is brought to one of VPL’s closest workshops which are fully equipped as recommended by manufacturers with fully trained and experienced VPL technicians who diagnose problems accurately for repairing right the first time.

VPL also provides bespoke aftermarket solutions to suit individual customer requirement. This allows customers the flexibility of choice.
